We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Below are our shipping guidelines:

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note that delivery times are in addition to the standard processing time.

  • Standard / Ground Shipping (USPS or UPS): 1-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (not guaranteed).
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (weekends not included).
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (weekends not included).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (weekends not included).
  • UPS 3rd Day Select: 3 business days (weekends not included).

Please note that the day your package is shipped is not considered a transit day.

Shipping Adjustments
We reserve the right to update your shipping method if we believe it will result in faster or more reliable delivery. This may include switching carriers.

Delays & Peak Seasons
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before your event to account for any unforeseen delays, especially during peak seasons.

 

Returns

We love the products we offer, and we hope you do too! However, if you're not completely satisfied, received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or incomplete, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Please contact us within 14 business days of the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We do not accept returns for food, candy, or items marked as final sale.
  • Note: Bundled items, such as "Party in a Box," are sold as a single unit, and individual items within the bundle cannot be returned separately.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you used a promotional code (e.g., FREESHIP), the original standard shipping fee of $[Amount] will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@yanglotria.comwith your return reason.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization number along with detailed return instructions.
  • Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
